To advise and guide directors of public and private companies through the complexities of Company Law and Company Secretarial Practice during their formation, growth, fund-raising and continuing management and to provide the statutory framework through which those objectives may be achieved.

The Company

Established in 1989, the company has a successful track record acting for quoted and unquoted companies.

The Working Directors

Christopher Delacombe qualified as a Chartered Secretary in 1983 and was elected a Fellow in 1993. In 1994 he qualified as a member of the Pensions Management Institute. His Company Secretary appointments have included: Afrifreight Ltd., Tyzack & Partners, The Walford Meadows Group of Companies, Rockwood Holdings plc (Deputy Group Secretary), Erros plc, TCT International plc (AIM quoted), Board Performance Ltd, Bulgarian Property Development Plc and 1700 Group Plc. He has assisted many of these through various rounds of fund-raising, set up their option schemes, and administered their pension schemes. He set up in public practice in 1990, and joined CK Corporate Services Ltd. in 2000.

Dermot Strangwayes-Booth qualified as a Chartered Secretary in 1973, and was elected Fellow in 1974. His appointments as Company Secretary have included Holland & Holland Ltd, Gonzalez Byass (UK) Ltd. and numerous property management companies. He has been a director of CK Corporate Services Ltd. since 1993.
