• create and lodge all statutory returns, such as:

• act as registrar
• advise Directors on compliance with the company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association
• arrange, attend and minute Board Meetings, Extraordinary Meetings and AGMs as required, and co-ordinate and disseminate meeting papers and briefs
• advise on and produce specific documentation for Board Meetings, Extraordinary Meetings and Annual General Meetings, such as:
  • Notice of the meeting
    
  • Resolutions required
    
  • Chairman's brief
• provide company administration for smaller companies, to include payroll, bookkeeping and accountancy.

Special rates are available for groups of companies.

The above list contains various statutory duties which the company Secretary must discharge. Much of the list, however can be regarded as an a la carte memo. We would be happy to discuss your specific needs which can be tailored to the requirements and growth pattern of your company. Using our formula you only pay for what you want.
